B2VPN
Subscription Setup Guide

Get your subscription in the dashboard, then import it on your device. This guide follows the setup process from account creation through access checks, making it easy to follow along the first time.

Account

Create an account and save your login details

Select “Free to use” below to open the B2VPN dashboard. Enter a username and password, then follow the prompts to create your account. No email address is required; a username and password are all you need. Choose a username that is easy to save and distinguish from your other accounts. Set a unique password and store it in a trusted password manager. Account creation and plan activation are separate steps. Check the dashboard for your available data and plan status.

Once you’re in the dashboard, open “Account Overview” and confirm you’re signed in to the account you just created. When setting up another device later, sign in to this same account rather than creating a new one. This keeps your plan, subscription, and orders together. If you already have a B2VPN account, use the login link on the right side of the navigation instead; there’s no need to create another account.

Save your account details before moving on to the Plans section. If you’re using a public computer, sign out of the dashboard when you’re done and don’t save your password in the browser. Your account password and subscription link serve different purposes: use the password to access the dashboard and the subscription link to load route settings in a client. Keep both private.

Plans

Choose a plan and review your order

Open the Plans section in your dashboard and choose between a monthly subscription and a data package based on your needs. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. If you mainly browse the web and use text-based tools, start by checking your typical data usage. If you often stream video or transfer files, factor in the data those activities use. No device limit doesn’t mean unlimited data, so keep an eye on your allowance when using multiple devices.

Monthly data resets each month on your plan’s activation date, not necessarily on the first of the calendar month. Check the account overview for your next reset date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days; review the upgrade details shown in the dashboard before confirming. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Decide whether you need a monthly plan or pay-as-you-use data, then compare the relevant options rather than choosing by total data alone.

After choosing a plan, check its name, price, and billing method, then pay as directed on the order page. B2VPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; follow the details shown on the current payment page. After paying, return to your order or account overview and confirm the order status and plan data. If it’s still processing, check the existing order rather than submitting payment again before the page updates.

B2VPN offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. See the Terms of Service for details on how to request one. Once your plan is active, continue to the subscription steps. If you’ve created an account but your plan isn’t active yet, a failed connection doesn’t necessarily mean the client is at fault.

Subscription

Get your subscription and prepare a client

Once your plan is active, open Account Overview in the dashboard and find the subscription or import section. A subscription isn’t the address of a single route; it lets the client load the route list and related settings. If the dashboard offers a direct import option, first make sure the client is installed, then choose the matching option. Your system may ask to open the client. Confirm, then check in the client that the configuration was added.

If automatic import doesn’t open the app, copy the subscription link and choose “Subscription” or “Configuration” in your client, then add it from a link. Paste the full link without any surrounding instructions, spaces, or line breaks; don’t copy just part of it. Paste the subscription link into the client’s link field; don’t open it as a regular webpage. After it loads, the client should show routes or proxy groups. If you see a configuration name but no routes, check whether the subscription update completed successfully.

Your subscription link contains account-related access credentials. Don’t post it in public forums or paste it into an unfamiliar online conversion tool. When contacting support, share the steps you took and the error message. Hide the full subscription link and other sensitive account details in screenshots. If you think the link has been exposed, check the dashboard for a reset option or ask support through a ticket, then update your client.

Next, download the right client from the dashboard’s Downloads section. This page doesn’t provide installers or direct subscription links. After signing in, downloads are available for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux. The iOS download option requires an active, unexpired plan. Installation and subscription import are separate steps; once installation is complete, return to the section for your device below.

Devices

Import your subscription by platform

Use the B2VPN client link in your dashboard first, choosing the version for your operating system. If the dashboard also lists import options for compatible third-party clients, use only the option for the app you’ve installed. A configuration intended for one client may not work with every app. On each platform, make sure the configuration has been added and the route list is visible before connecting.

Windows: Add the configuration and check proxy settings

Download the Windows client from the dashboard, install it, and open it. Return to Account Overview and try importing the client. If your browser doesn’t open the app, find “Subscription” or “Configuration” in the client, choose the link import option, paste the subscription you copied, and save it. Then update or refresh the configuration and check that the route list appears. If the app says the configuration format isn’t supported, check that you chose the right import type in the dashboard instead of pasting the same content again.

After importing, select the configuration you want to use. To connect, your client may offer system proxy or tunnel mode. Keep the default setting for your first connection, and only change it later if needed, following the app’s instructions. If the system requests permission, check that the prompt comes from the client you just installed before continuing. Seeing the app window on your desktop doesn’t mean it’s handling your network traffic; you still need to connect and verify access.

macOS: Import your subscription and grant system permissions

Choose the B2VPN client for macOS in the dashboard, then install and open it using the instructions in Downloads. If the dashboard offers separate builds for different chips, check “About This Mac” to choose the right one. In the client’s configuration manager, add the remote configuration using your subscription link, or use the matching import option in the dashboard. After saving, check the update result and make sure routes appear, rather than leaving an empty configuration that hasn’t loaded anything.

When connecting, macOS may prompt you to add a VPN configuration or network extension. Follow the prompt to open System Settings, check the app’s source, and allow the relevant component to run, then return to the client. System authorization and the client’s connect switch are separate steps. If authorization is complete but the client still won’t connect, check its status again. Don’t disable system security protections or run commands from an unknown source to finish setup.

Android: Load your subscription and allow the VPN connection

Get the Android client from the dashboard and install it using your device’s prompts. Open the app, go to Subscriptions or Configurations, choose the option to add from a link, paste and save your subscription, then update it. If you used the dashboard’s import option, return to the client afterward and confirm the configuration is selected. Once the route list appears, choose a route and connect.

The first time you connect on Android, the system usually asks to authorize a VPN connection. Confirm that the request comes from the client you’re setting up, then check the connection status in the app. If the connection often drops when the app is in the background, check whether battery management is restricting background activity and adjust the setting for your device. Menu names vary by manufacturer. For detailed installation and battery settings, see the Android VPN Setup Guide. This page focuses on importing and verifying your connection.

iOS: Get the app from your dashboard and add a configuration

Sign in to the dashboard’s Downloads section. The iOS client link is available when you have a purchased, unexpired plan. Follow the dashboard instructions to install the app from the App Store, then return to the dashboard to get your subscription. Installing the app doesn’t add the subscription automatically: use the matching import option in the dashboard, or choose the link import option in the client’s Subscriptions or Configuration section. Update the subscription and confirm that the route list and current configuration appear.

When you connect for the first time, the system may ask to add a VPN configuration. Follow the prompt to authorize it, then return to the client. If automatic redirection doesn’t work, copy the subscription into the client manually; there’s no need to reinstall the app repeatedly. Then connect from the client and check its status. A VPN indicator in the system can help, but verify that the target service actually works in the next step.

Connection

Connect to a route and verify it works

Return to the client, confirm the subscription you just imported is selected, then choose a route and connect. Keep your settings simple for the first test; don’t change the route, rules, and system network settings at the same time. B2VPN covers 100+ countries / 220+ routes. The options available depend on your current subscription. Choose a region supported by your target service, then compare actual performance rather than relying on geographic distance alone.

Once the client shows that you’re connected, open a regular webpage you can usually access to check that your device’s basic internet connection still works. Then try the AI tool or streaming platform you want to use. You can use IP check to see the exit information for your browser’s current requests and compare it with the result when disconnected. With split tunneling, different sites may use different routes, so a single IP lookup doesn’t show whether every app is using an international route.

Verify access with the task you actually need to do: after a webpage loads, check that you can sign in, view the content, and stream or interact as expected. Streaming libraries and AI tools may also depend on your account region, supported service areas, or platform policies. A connected route doesn’t guarantee those conditions are met. If you see a region notice, check the platform’s own guidance. For more on streaming regions and route choices, read the Streaming Guide.

If you can’t access the service, disconnect the client first and check that your basic network connection works. If it does, check your account plan status, remaining data, and whether the subscription updated successfully. Next, confirm system permissions are granted and check whether another proxy or VPN app is also managing your connection. Finally, try another route. Change just one setting at a time and note what happens before and after to help identify whether the problem is with the subscription, permissions, or exit route.

If the issue continues, submit a support ticket through the dashboard. Include your operating system, client, target service, error message, and steps you’ve already tried. Hide your subscription link and password. Once you’re connected, routine use mainly involves checking your data, updating the subscription when needed, and verifying access to the target service; you don’t need to import it again every time. To set up another device later, return to the subscription steps on this page.
